SUBMITTING CAPI EVENTS - META

The idea would be for Lety to automatically send events to Meta whenever the lead stage changes, like this:

1. The change is saved in the funnel, whether the agent makes it or you move it manually.

2. Lety checks the configured rule: that stage must correspond to an allowed event and be supported by what actually happened.

3. It sends the event via Meta CAPI, using the client’s connection and only the permitted data.

4. It saves the result: received, rejected, or pending review. Each event has a unique identifier to prevent duplicates; an uncertain result does not trigger another blind submission.

You would simply configure in Lety which Meta account to connect and which event corresponds to each stage of the configured funnel. Manual changes should be detected when the change is saved, without waiting for another conversation with the agent.

This would help improve the training of the Meta algorithm so that it brings us more qualified leads and also reduces advertising costs.
