  • Follow-up & re-engagement: re-engage abandoned chats at the funnel stages you choose.

  • Appointment reminders: confirm and remind every appointment via WhatsApp or email, with alerts at the time you set.

  • Reviews & reputation: ask for Google reviews, get alerted about negative ones, and have replies handled for you.

  • File sending: attach files and tell Lety when to send each one.

  • Assign to a person: when the agent hands off the chat, choose who receives it and notify the contact.
