Appointment reminders: confirm and remind every appointment via WhatsApp or email, with alerts at the time you set.
Reviews & reputation: ask for Google reviews, get alerted about negative ones, and have replies handled for you.
File sending: attach files and tell Lety when to send each one.
Assign to a person: when the agent hands off the chat, choose who receives it and notify the contact.
