How to sell extra agents to your clients

Each plan you sell includes a number of agents. When a client needs more, they can add extra agents and pay a monthly price for each one. You set that price.

Step 1: Set your price per extra agent

In the left navigation panel, click Settings and open the Extra Agents tab. In Price per extra agent, type the monthly price and click Save.

Step 2: Your clients add their extra agents and you charge for them, automatically

In their subaccount, your client opens Wallet and billing. In Agents Usage they see how many agents they use, and their capacity: Base (included in the plan) + Extra = Total Capacity. Below, they see your price per extra agent.

To add agents, they click Manage extra agents, choose how many with + and −, check the new Extra agents, Total capacity (Base + Extra) and the Price per agent, and click Confirm purchase. The new capacity is available right away.

To see your client's subaccount as they see it, open Subaccounts and, in the client's row, choose View portal.

Technical reference

• Your earnings: each extra agent your clients buy generates earnings for your agency according to the plan they subscribed to through your agency.

• When a client reaches the limit: if they try to create an agent with no capacity left, they see a screen notifying them about the limit reached, with a button to buy extra agents. The create button also tells them why it's disabled.

• Scheduled cancellations: if there is a cancellation scheduled for extra agents, the window shows it with its date, and it can be undone before then, unless the client's whole plan is also scheduled to be cancelled.
