How to manage your plans: edit, deactivate, delete and choose what each client sees
Edit a plan, deactivate or delete it, and choose which of your plans each client can see as upgrade options.
Last updated 14 days ago
From the Plans page you can change any plan, deactivate or delete it. From Subaccounts you choose which of your plans each client can see when they want to change plans.
Step 1: Open a plan's menu
In the left menu, under Agency, open Plans › Subscription Plans. On the plan's card, click ⋯. You see Edit, Deactivate (or Activate, if the plan is off) and Delete.

Step 2: Edit a plan
Click Edit. The Edit plan window has the same fields you filled in when you created the plan: name, billing cycle, tier, price, trial days, agents, description, wallet credits, features and AI model pricing. Change what you need and click Save changes.

Step 3: Take a plan off sale or put it back
Click Deactivate and confirm. The plan stops being offered: its payment link stops working and new clients can't choose it. To offer it again, open the same menu and click Activate.
Step 4: Delete a plan
Click Delete and confirm. The plan leaves your list and frees up a plan slot, its payment link stops working. Your clients' existing subscriptions and billing history are kept.
Important: You can't undo a deletion. If you might sell the plan again, deactivate it instead.
Step 5: Choose which plans a client can see
In the left navigation panel, open Subaccounts. In the client's row, click ⋯ › Manage visible plans. Turn off the plans you don't want that client to see as upgrade options, and click Save. You see Plan visibility updated.

By default, each client sees all your active plans, including the ones you create later. The client's current plan is marked Current plan and can't be hidden.
Important: Leave at least one plan visible. If you hide them all, your client won't have any options to change their current plan.
Technical reference
Only for the client you choose: hiding a plan for one client doesn't change what your other clients see.
Inactive and deleted plans: they don't appear in Manage visible plans.
Change plans only in Lety: don't edit or archive your plans from your Stripe dashboard. A plan modified there stops matching Lety, and your clients can't purchase it.
