How to set your brand colors, login image and link preview

Paint the platform with your agency's colors, add a brand image to your login screen and choose how your link looks when you share it.

Last updated 10 days ago

You can make the platform look like your agency: your colors on the buttons, menus and pages, a brand image on the login screen, and your own title and image when someone shares your link. Your subaccounts see the same theme.

Step 1: Open your agency settings

In the left menu, click Settings and open the Agency tab. Scroll down to PLATFORM THEME. The badge next to the title shows Default while you use Lety's colors.

Step 2: Choose your colors

Each color has a swatch and a box for its hex code, like #0d8668. Pick it from the swatch or paste your brand's code:

  • Primary color: buttons and highlights.

  • Panel background: the navigation menu and every panel, like cards, tables, dialogs and fields.

  • Text on panels: text and icons on those panels.

  • Page background: the canvas behind the panels, in the main pages.

  • Text on the page: headings, subtitles and empty states on that canvas.

The two backgrounds are painted with a 30% opacity of the color you choose, so they don't saturate the platform.

On the right, Contrast and accessibility checks that your text and buttons can be read. Each check shows its current contrast rate, the minimum and Pass or Needs attention.

Tip: If a check says Needs attention, you can't publish until you fix it. Make the text darker or the background lighter until it says Pass.

Step 3: Add your login image

In LOGIN VISUAL, upload a brand image to show next to the login form. If it includes your logo, make it feel like a natural part of the design.

  • Formats: JPG, PNG or WebP (WebP is preferred).

  • Maximum size: 5 MB.

  • Dimensions: at least 1000×1200 px, in portrait. We recommend 1440×1800 px (4:5) or 1200×1600 px (3:4).

To change it later, click Replace. To take it off, click Remove image.

Step 4: Check the preview and publish

In Preview, choose Panel, Inbox or Login, and Desktop or Mobile, to see your colors and your image before anyone else does. The preview changes as you edit, and nothing is saved yet.

When you're happy with it:

  • Save draft: keeps your changes to continue later. Your users still see the current theme.

  • Save and publish: applies the theme to the platform for your team and your subaccounts.

  • Reset to default: goes back to Lety's colors.

Step 5: Set your link preview

In LINK PREVIEW / SEO, choose what people see when you share your domain in WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage, X or other apps:

  • Preview Title: up to 60 characters.

  • Preview Description: up to 160 characters.

  • Preview image: click Upload image. We recommend 1200×630 px. PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 5 MB.

Live preview shows an approximation of how your link will look. Click Save changes.

Technical reference

  • Where the login image shows: only on your own domain, with the image on the left and the form on the right. On mobile they stack. On Lety's main address the login stays centered, without your image. See How to connect your own domain.

  • Without a login image: the login stays centered with the form only.

  • Subaccounts: they inherit your agency's published theme.

  • Who can change it: only the people who can edit the agency's settings.

  • Colors you don't change keep Lety's default.

  • Changes apply right away: when you click Save and publish, your team and your subaccounts see the new theme, even without logging in again.

Common problems

A contrast check needs attention. You'll see Publishing is blocked until critical contrast issues are resolved. Adjust the colors that fail. You can still click Save draft to keep your work.

Check that its format is JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB and at least 1000×1200 px in portrait. A landscape image, like 1920×1080, is too short.

The image only shows on your own domain. Open the login from your domain, not from Lety's address, and check that you published the theme.

Check that you clicked Save and publish and not only Save draft.

Done

Your platform carries your brand, from the login screen to the links you share.
