How your wallet, invoices and transaction fees work
Check your credit balance, add credit or turn on auto recharge, find your invoices and wallet transactions, and see what Lety keeps from each payment your clients make.

Your agency has a wallet: a prepaid credit balance in USD that pays for AI usage. From Wallet and billing you check that balance, top it up, and find your invoices and every movement of your wallet.
How the money moves
When a client pays you (a plan, a renewal, a credit top-up, extra agents or an installation), the payment goes to your Stripe account. Lety keeps its transaction fee from that payment and you receive the rest. Your wallet is not touched.
Your wallet pays the AI credits included in the plans you sell, the AI usage of your own agents, and Lety's fee on the profit you make from AI usage.
Your clients have their own wallet. Their agents consume that balance.
Lety's fee depends on your Lety plan:
Starter: 4.9%
Standard: 2.9%
Unlimited: 1.9%
For example, on the Starter plan, a client who pays you $99 for their monthly plan leaves $4.85 to Lety and $94.15 to you. The higher your plan, the lower the fee.
Step 1: Check your balance
In the left navigation panel, under Account, open Wallet and billing. Under Credit Balance you see:
Available credit balance: what you can spend right now.
Total: your wallet before subtracting reserved funds and debt.
Reserved: credit held for clients who are paying for a plan and being set up. It's the AI credit their plan includes.
Debt: charges you owe because a client subscribed to your agency when your wallet didn't have enough credit. It's taken from your next top-up or billing cycle.

Under Reserved balance you see which clients are holding part of your credit.
Step 2: Add credit
Click Add credit.
Choose an amount, or type yours in Other amount.
Check the card under Payment method and confirm the payment.
The full amount goes to your wallet. Lety doesn't charge a fee when you top up your own wallet.
Step 3: Turn on auto recharge
So your agents never stop for lack of credit:
Turn on Auto recharge.
In When balance falls below, type the amount that triggers the recharge. For example, $20.
In Recharge amount, type how much to add each time. For example, $50.
Click Save Settings.
To recharge, Lety charges your card once each time your balance drops below that amount. If your balance falls below $1, you also get an email.
Step 4: Find your invoices
At the bottom of Wallet and billing, click Billing history. In the Invoices tab you see each invoice for your Lety plan, with the discount applied, the amount due, the amount paid and its status. Click PDF to download it, or narrow the list with Filter by date.

Step 5: Review your wallet transactions
Go back to Wallet and billing and click Transactions. The Wallet Transactions tab shows your total credits and debits and every movement of your wallet.

Use the filters to see only Credits, Debits, Recharges, Agent consumption or Initial credit. You'll also see types like Plan credit transfer, the credit your wallet gives a client when they buy a plan.
What your clients see
Each client has their own Wallet and billing page in their account. There they see their balance, add credit, turn on auto recharge and manage their plan.

When a client tops up, the payment goes to your Stripe account minus Lety's fee, and the credit is applied to their wallet.
Important: If your available balance reaches $0, your agents and your clients' agents stop answering. You also can't create subaccounts, and your plans' payment links stop showing, until you add credit.
Technical reference
Currency: USD.
When the fee is charged: at the moment of each payment, through Stripe. Each payment in your Stripe dashboard shows the platform fee.
Your own top-ups: no fee.
Who sees this page: both the agency and its customers view their own wallets in isolation.
Common problems
My agents stopped answering
My agents stopped answering
Check your available balance in Wallet and billing. If it's $0, add credit. If only one client's agents stopped, their wallet is empty: they need to add credit in their subaccount.
I have a debt in my wallet
I have a debt in my wallet
A client paid for a plan of yours when your wallet didn't have enough credit. Add credit to cover it. If it's still unpaid 14 days after your plan renews, your clients' agents stop until you pay it.
I can't create a subaccount, or my payment links don't show
I can't create a subaccount, or my payment links don't show
Your available balance doesn't cover the AI credit included in that plan. Add credit and try again.

Your Stripe account needs an action. Go to Settings › Stripe and open your Stripe dashboard. Complete any pending action, and check that the tax ID matches the owner of the bank account. Once it's fixed, Stripe retries the pending payouts.

Done
You know how much credit you have, how to top it up, where your invoices and transactions are, and how much Lety keeps from each payment.
