How to invite and manage your team members

Give your team members access to your agency: invite people by email, choose their role, and change or remove their access.

Last updated 10 days ago

Members are the people on your team who sign in to your agency. Each one has their own email, password and two-step verification, and a role that decides what they can do.

Step 1: Open Members

In the left navigation panel, click Settings and open the Members tab. You'll see each member with their role, the date they were added and their last update. Use Search members... to find someone.

Step 2: Invite a member

Click Invite member. Type their Full name and Email address, choose their Role and click Send invite.

The person receives an email to activate their account and create their password. If the email belongs to someone who's already an active member, the platform displays a notification and doesn't send a new invitation.

Roles

  • Agency Owner: full access to the agency.

  • Agency Admin: works across the platform, but can’t change the agency's settings or invite members.

  • Agency User: basic access.

Step 3: Change a role or remove a member

Click ⋮ at the end of the member's row:

  • Edit role: modify its role.

  • Deactivate: takes away their access.

  • Delete: removes the member. Their history stays in the platform.

Important: Deleting takes away the person's access right away. If you need them back, invite them with the same email: their account is reactivated and they receive an email to create a new password.

Members of your clients' subaccounts

Each client subaccount has its own members, separate from your agency's team. The subaccount's Owners and Admins invite and manage them from the Members tab of the subaccount's settings, and they can also set a member's two-step verification back to email. The members of a subaccount only have access to that subaccount, never to your agency's settings.

Common problems

Ask them to check their spam folder and make sure that the email you typed is correct.

They need to open the activation email and create their password first. If they can't find it, the login screen offers to send a new activation email.

Your role may not allow you to manage members. Ask an Agency Owner.

Done

Your team now has access to your agency, each with the right role.
